The Management

He is an experienced registered Professional Civil Engineer with Engineers Board of Kenya and a Corporate Member of Institution of Engineers of Kenya with a wide experience in infrastructural developments and water sector management in both public utilities and private sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSc. Civil Engineering) from the University of Nairobi and currently pursuing Masters in Strategic Management.

He has held various senior managerial positions in both private companies and public water utilities and has been involved in supervision of many infrastructural development e.g. Kisumu Water & Sanitation Project (Emergency Works) and Kisumu Water & Sanitation Project (Long Term Action Plan) amongst others.

CPA Moseti holds an MBA (Strategic Management) from Maseno University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance).

He is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya and also a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants Kenya (ICPAK), Certified member of Forensic Investigation Professional (IICFIP), a member of Centre for Corporate Governance (CCG) Alumni Network and an alumnus of Amalgam Leadership Programme (2022 cohort).

He has 8 years core experience in strategic management and more than 15 years extensive experience in public accounting, general accounting, financial management & analysis, financial reporting, business analysis, taxation and budget preparation & management.

CPA Moseti is currently the Ag. Chief Manager – Corporate services and has held other positions in KIWASCO including Head of Finance, Management Accountant and has also served as Ag. Head of supply chain.

Prior to joining the company, he worked as an accountant at Impact Research & Development Organization and Compulynx Nyanza Ltd.

Eldah holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management) and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) with close to 15 years of work experience, 13 in various managerial positions in KIWASCO and in the Banking sector, she is also an alumni of Amalgam Leadership program (2022 Cohort).

Eldah holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management) and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) with close to 15 years of work experience, 13 in various managerial positions in KIWASCO and in the Banking sector, she is also an alumni of Amalgam Leadership program (2022 Cohort).

He holds a Master’s Degree in Procurement and Contract Management and a Bachelors Degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management both from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). He also holds a Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management from the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM). He is a registered member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) where he serves as a member of the disciplinary committee and a licensed Supply Chain Management Practitioner by the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM).

He has a vast experience spanning to more than twenty years in Supply Chain Management in various organizations both in the public and private sector. Prior to joining KIWASCO, Antony worked for various organizations including Naivasha Water and Sanitation Company Limited and African Diatomite Industries Limited among others.

Simon holds an executive MBA in Finance from Moi University. He is an alumni of the ODI INWENT Germany Division of Natural Resources and Biodiversity Zschortau, Germany. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Kenya (ICPAK), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and Kenya Institute of Management (KIM). A Certified Public Accountant CPA (K) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He has previously served as Ag. Head of Finance within the company and also worked as an Audit Senior at Johncumming and Company Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Otieno is an experienced ICT professional with the Computer Society of Kenya (CSK) and Institute of Management of Information Systems (IMIS) membership.

He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration – Management of Information System (MBA-MIS) from The University of Nairobi, Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology (Bsc. IT) from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Higher Diploma Certificate in Institute of Management of Information Systems (IMIS-UK).

He is the Vice Chairman, KIWASCO Sacco Society Ltd, an alumni of Amalgam Leadership Programme, 2023 cohort, and a Coach in GIT programme.

Previously, he has held various positions in his career including, ICT Manager at U track Africa Ltd in Tanzania, Head of Department ICT/R&D at Stoic Company Limited, IT/ Logistic Officer at Outsourced at Everest Enterprise Limited, IT Support Specialist at Intex Construction Limited and Help Desk Administrator and Computer Operator at Mastermind Tobacco (K) Limited among other roles.

G.E Geoffrey has over 10 years’ experience in strategic Non-Revenue Water management and also Planning, Design & Construction of water and sanitation infrastructure.

He holds an MSc. Hydraulic Engineering, UNESCO-IHE, Delft, Netherlands and BSC (Hons.) Water Engineering from Kenyatta University.

Opiyo’s strengths are in Strategic planning and management, GIS, Hydraulic Engineering (design and network optimization), Engineering Project management, Water & Sanitation Utility efficiency audit, Non-Revenue Water management, Capacity building (Training of Trainers) in water & Sanitation, Network Operation and Maintenance, water utility management, WASH Project management and Water systems automation.

CHRP. Harriet Okoth is a seasoned Human Resource Professional with over 14 years’ work experience in Human Resource Management and Administration acquired from working in Public and Private Sectors. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resource Management Option) from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kampala University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from College of Human Resource Management. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) and a full member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) with a practicing license and has also undertaken Senior Management Course training at Kenya School of Government.

Prior to joining KIWASCO, she served as the Head of Human Resource & Administration at Kenya Yearbook Editorial Board for seven years, Senior Human Resource & Administration Officer at Kenya Union of Savings & Credit Co – Operatives Ltd (KUSCCO Ltd) for five years and has also served as Human Resource Officer at Complast Industries and World Vision Uganda.
