To report a complaint:
- Dial *483*86#
- Send a short message to our toll free code 40222 with the format “KIWASCO complaint”, e.g. “KIWASCO burst near Kanyamedha school”
- Send an email to customercare@kiwasco.co.ke
In case of complaints requiring more than the specified time of action, the company will communicate such delays to the customer within 12 hours before deadline.
All complaints should be reported within 60 days from the time of occurence.
